Table top Filming

 In media we did table top filming. The table that we had to use was had soviet and Chinese things on it. This left us to assume that their was something relating to the Communists here. We decided to start the filming on a Soviet hut slowly moving down to some letters then to a drug exchange then we decided to move to a case which has multiple classified documents in it. Last off we had another moving scene which was a hand picking up a gun and loading it. This was backed up by some calming but war inspired music.

The Wheatus and Teenage Dirt bag

 The Song Teenage Dirt was written due to an unfortunate event that happened whilst he was around 10 years old. The murder of a teen due to a insane teen called Ricky Kasso. The killer was wearing an AC/DC shirt at the time and this was what influenced people to start hating on Iron maiden and Metallica. The creator of the song was also a AC/DC fan and liked Iron Maiden. this left his teachers to think that he was some sort of Satan worshiper and made his life whilst growing up a sort of miserable experience. He was Left alone and Bullied during his teen years which made him feel like an outsider.

Christmas advert

 I chose the John Lewis Christmas advert to inspect.

The John Lewis advert is about a boy finding an alien spaceship and a living alien. The boy then goes on to befriend the alien and even go as far as to steal food from the dinner table for it. The friend ship then continues and over time the boy teaches the alien about earth whilst the alien teaches the boy about space. not long after a good friend ship the alien leaves planet earth leaving the boy alone.

This was to show off John Lewis Christmas items however, the scene set between these two people shows us that John Lewis for all.

Another thing about the advert is that it is setting the Christmas scene and that the two are giving to each other which is what Christmas is all about. overall the many references to John Lewis and Christmas spirit sets a calm loving atmosphere
