The cold war was a war that went on from 1947 to 1991. it was called the cold war because their was no actual fighting. the tension between the Soviet Union and the USA was so tense that everyone was paranoid. Stalin and Kennedy, the two world leaders of the nation were trying to achieve the title, most powerful country in the world. however this dispute ended when the Berlin wall was brought down and free elections were taking place. the soviet union itself dissolved in this moment and the cold war was brought to an end.
